We were asked to help with the rebuild and renovation of Newlands – a set of old, vintage railway carriages turned into a house. The project demanded some extremely versatile and un-orthodox building skills. It was essential that we maintained the aesthetic appeal of the carriages and ensured there was no damage done to these historic buildings.
In order to create the perfect foundations for these historic buildings we needed to undertake substantial ground works. This then lead to development of the surrounding outbuildings and gardens. And, subsequently the final completion of the renovation project.
